We’re making an important update to our ticketing system that will help ease any stress or anxiety you may have had around seat availability. Starting now you will have guaranteed availability through our new reservation seating system. This ensures that you will always have a seat for the schedule you reserved – at that time, and at that place. No more overloaded buses, no more waiting for the next bus, and no more having to figure out alternate travel plans!

Why is Martz Changing the Ticketing System?
Until now, Martz seat availability and boarding had been on a first serve basis. Non Commuters were able to select a date and time of travel, yet travelers could use the ticket earlier or later than originally planned. Commuter tickets were sold with no way to select a date or time of travel. This “open ticketing” system resulted in the following challenges:

What if I need to change the date or time of my booked ticket?
Changing your booked ticket can be done by logging into your account on your mobile device, desktop or by calling a Martz Agent, 570-821-3800 during business hours.
*Booked tickets not changed prior to the date/time of selected will become null/void.

Do I need to print the booked trip?
You can present the QR code using your mobile device for scanning or print the QR code at home and present the printed ticket to the driver for scanning. Each schedule will have a unique boarding pass for this schedule.
What if the preferred date and time is not available?
In this case you will be required to select a different travel date to book your trip.
What if I arrive earlier, can I use my ticket if there is room on the coach?

What time should I arrive for boarding?
You must be in line ready to board at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Arriving later may result in the loss of your booked ticket.
