Updated Guidelines

Martz services are available to all travelers, we are still operating a modified schedule from main terminals only.

Martz Group has been recognized for implementing a state of the art electrostatic disinfection process, read about it here.

In addition to this, to further protect customers and staff, Martz Group is implementing the following practices:

  • All coaches are deep cleaned several times a day, prior to and after each trip. All coaches are sanitized with a disinfecting “fog” machine during this process.
  • Customers and drivers are provided with hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the coach. Hand sanitizer is also available on board the coach.
  • As of 8.03.20 up to 90% of seating capacity is available per schedule to meet customer demand. Passengers must wear face mask at all times during the trip.
  • To report a fellow rider not wearing a mask visit our contact page. Please include the schedule number or the departure location and time and if possible the seat number.
  • Drivers must wear face masks during customer interactions (boarding). Drivers are not required to wear a face mask while driving. Seats 1 & 2 (door side behind the Driver) are unavailable to provide 6’ distance for everyone’s safety.
  • Drivers’ temperatures will be taken before each trip, employees who experience high temperatures will be sent home.
  • Online and mobile ticketing is preferred.

Online Ticket Purchases For A No-Contact Interaction

We encourage customers to purchase their tickets online and use our mobile ticketing function for a start-to-finish no-contact interaction that will enable customers and team members to remain safe and practice social distancing.

Martz customers are required to wear a safety mask or face covering while on the bus.

We ask all customers to source their own mask.

Driver Health and Protection

Driver Health and Protection

All Martz employees, including drivers, will be temperature screened at the start of each day. Any employee with a temperature over 100.4 will be asked to go home.

All drivers will be provided an FDA-approved surgical mask which must be worn during interactions customers (boarding).

Practice Social Distance In Terminals

Practice Social Distance In Terminals

When arriving at one of our terminals, we ask all customers to practice social distancing.

Markers have been placed every 6 feet to help customers remain a safe distance while boarding the coach. Please follow Porter directions.

Masks will be required for all customers entering our terminals.

Hand sanitizer stations will be made available for all customers as they board the coach.

Trash receptacles will also be available for customers to discard any garbage they might have before boarding the coach.

In addition to our daily deep clean, all coaches will be sanitized after each run during the day with a disinfecting fog machine.

Drivers and porters will be equipped with cleaning products to clean the bus during runs.
