Winner Selection
At the end of each week during the promotional period, Martz will randomly select 1 rider to receive a Golden Ticket Commuter Pass. Winners will be notified via email and announced on social media.

1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by:

2. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on December 10, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 20,2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
Open only to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Are legal residents of Pennsylvania or New York (or other applicable states)
- Ride a Martz commuter route during the Promotion Period
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
There is one method of entry:
- Automatic Entry via Commuter Trip
One (1) entry is automatically earned for each eligible Martz commuter trip taken during the Promotion Period.
5. Winner Selection & Odds
On or about Friday of each week during the 10 weeks the contest promotion period, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
6. Prizes
Ten (10) winners will each receive:
- One (1) Martz Golden Ticket Commuter Pass loaded with ten (10) free trips
(Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250 each)
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,500.
Prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Golden Pass is a Monthly 10 Trip valid for 31 days. Winners can select the start date within 90 days of notification. Commuter passes are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners may be required to complete and return:
- A declaration of eligibility
- A liability/publicity release (where lawful)
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules
- Cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any factor outside Sponsor’s control
All federal, state, and local laws apply.
9. Release & Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damage, injury, or losses arising from participation or prize use.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical errors of any kind.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during this Giveaway will be used solely for administration of the promotion and as otherwise disclosed in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, residence city, image, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
