1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

(“Sponsor”)

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 11/17/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Geographic Scope

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals residing in the United States, within areas where Martz Bus operates or provides service, including Florida (Tampa) and the Mid-Atlantic region (MD,PA, NY, DC).
Void outside the U.S. and wherever prohibited by law.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and responsible for planning group travel for a school, company, organization, or other group of 15+ passengers.

Winners must be within a 50 mile radius of the following locations:

Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate household/family members are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

Charter Quote Entry (Online Entry)

During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by submitting one (1) charter quote request through Sponsor’s online quote form or by contacting Sponsor directly for a quote.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of quote requests submitted.

6. Prize

Three (3) Grand Prize winners, one from each market served, will receive:

A charter trip from Martz Bus valued up to $2,500.

Additional prize details:

• If the desired trip exceeds $2,500, the winner may decline the prize without penalty.
• If the winner accepts the prize and selects a trip costing more than $2,500, the winner is responsible for any amount above $2,500.
• Trip must originate within Martz service markets.
• Trip must be completed by December 31, 2026.
• Blackout dates and availability restrictions may apply.
• Prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Prize is non-transferable.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $2,500.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, surcharges, and any other costs not expressly listed as part of the prize.

7. Discount Offer (Separate from Sweepstakes)

Participants who book a charter by February 28, 2026 will receive:

10% off their booking

(valid Sunday–Wednesday, non-peak travel only)

• Discount is not transferrable.
• Discount cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
• Discount is optional and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

This discount is not part of the sweepstakes prize and does not affect the odds of winning.

8. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner from each market, as defined in section 4, will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 25, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address or phone number provided at entry.

Winner must respond within five (5) business days.
If the winner:

• Does not respond,
• Is deemed ineligible, or
• Declines the prize

…Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Disputes About Identity

In the event of a dispute, the winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the entry.
The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to that email by the internet service provider or organization responsible for issuing email addresses.

10. Marketing & Privacy

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their contact information for future marketing and promotional communications, consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries; technical errors; or failures of any kind.
• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation or prize use.
  

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, organization, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
