Terms and Conditions for Martz Bus Tour Radio Promotion

1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to all legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Martz Bus, participating sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion begins November 18, 2024 and ends on Dec. 31, 2024.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must subscribe to our tours newsletter during the contest window.

4. Prizes

• • Winners will receive  two tickets to a Martz Tour to be determined.

• All prizes must be claimed within the calendar year of 2025.

5. Claiming Prizes

• Winners must claim their prizes by emailing rzezza@martzbus.com or by calling 570-821-3892

• If a winner fails to claim their prize by Dec. 31, 2025, the prize will be forfeited.

6. Use of Likeness

• By entering the promotion, winners grant Martz Bus the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes in future advertising and promotions without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions

• Martz Bus reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
